The all new CLS Class is a new concept combining the elegance and style of a coupe, with the comfort and practicality of a sedan. All the while providing the luxury, power, and performance one comes to expect from Mercedes-Benz.

As a unique synthesis of a coupe and a sedan, the new CLS-Class offers a great deal more than other coupes. With it's 7-speed automatic transmission and 300 horsepower engine, the CLS provides world-class performance, with the comfort and practicality of a sedan.

The elegant styling of the CLS-Class extends throughout the interior. Soft leather and exquisite wood form the most important design elements of the interior, with the steering wheel and automatic transmission selector lever finished in leather trim as standard and the seats boasting an elegant fabric/leather combination. Customers can also choose from a range of three leather trim options and four interior colour shades. The four-door Coupe concept allows the rear passengers to get in and out of the car in comfort.

With the 5.0-litre V8 engine the new CLS 500 need fear no performance comparison with thoroughbred sports cars. This power unit has an output of 306 hp and an impressive 430 lb-ft of torque. Once again the standard seven-speed automatic transmission plays its part here. The CLS-Class V8 Coupe accelerates from standstill to 62 mph in 6.1 seconds.
